We are looking for a creative, energetic and passionate Product Manager to join our small but dynamic team. This is a rapidly growing brand where your input will really make a difference. Your role will be focused on new product development including NPD pipeline planning, merchandising, regulatory management and trend analysis, as well as being the gatekeeper for our existing product portfolio.

We are looking for someone who is driven, solution-focused, and has a keen eye for detail. The candidate should have excellent organisational skills, manner and written English as the role entails communicating with suppliers as well as internal communication.

 

Key duties:

  • Manage new product development from concept through to delivery, taking full ownership of the critical path to ensure timely delivery.
  • Briefing and liaising with suppliers and manufactures to source componentry, packaging and new formulation samples.
  • Be the internal expert on existing product portfolio, including co-ordinating all packaging artwork, product copy, INCI lists and

Margaret Dabbs London is the renowned industry leader for feet, hands and legs treatments and products sold in their luxury clinics, top spas and prestigious retailers. We are currently recruiting for a Clinic Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will be working across our London Clinics and will undertake Front of House duties and assist with the day-to-day running of our clinics.

Key Duties

  • Warmly greet clients and deal with enquiries over the phone and email
  • Bookings and upselling appointments, by phone and email
  • Adding staff rotas into the booking system
  • Update client details on the Margaret Dabbs London booking system including telephone numbers, email addresses and card details
  • Stock control/support
  • Provide support on end of day procedures
  • Support the Clinic Managers with ad hoc tasks

Successful applicants will have

  • Experience in Front of House and customer service roles
  • Able to work efficiently and be self-motivated
  • A quick learner who is willing to advance their skills with a view to career progression within the company
  • Computer literacy such as Outlook/Word as well as being experienced in appointment booking systems
  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Be able to speak to all clients in a warm and friendly manner
  • Capable of building strong and professional relationships with your teams
  • Excellent phone manner and have a good command of both written and spoken English

You will be required to work five days a week, including at least one day on a weekend.

Basic salary is £22,000 per annum
