About the role

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and results-driven Clinic Manager to join our London team and will assist in the day-to-day running of the clinics. Your primary goal will be to drive bookings, enhance client loyalty and customer service and maximise revenue.

What you’ll be doing

Managing daily operations of the clinic, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

Engage with prospective clients via various communication channels, including calls and emails to secure bookings.

Upselling of appointments to increase product sales/revenue.

Analyse and optimise our current revenue streams and strategies, ensuring the maximum utilisation of our clinics.

Undertake effective stock takes and audits regularly.

Support in the management of clinic staff, always ensuring it is in line with HR policy and procedures.

Report staff issues as they arise, update relevant platforms (e.g. lateness) and escalate to the Head of Clinics where necessary.

Ensure employee KPIs are monitored and exceeded.

Ensure Margaret Dabbs London clinic standards and treatments are maintained in both clinics.

Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Manage clinic diaries, ensuring the clinics are maximising every opportunity.

Answer and review phone calls to ensure KPI’s are met.

Undertake end of day cashing up.

Ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained in the clinics at all times.

What you’ll need to have

3+ years experience in a similar role.

Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good time management and organisational skills.

Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

You will report to our Head of Clinics and senior leadership team. You will be required to work five days a week,
including at least one day on the weekend. Please note remote working will not be considered.

Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
