About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ECommerce Manager to join our Head Office Team.

Reporting to the Marketing and Brand Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our online store’s day-to-day operations, optimizing the customer shopping experience, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platform.

What you’ll be doing:

E-commerce Operations:

  • Managing and maintaining the WooCommerce platform to ensure optimal performance.
  • Overseeing product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance user experience, navigation, and overall functionality.

Order Processing:

  • Supervising the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborating with the logistics team to manage shipping and delivery processes.
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to orders and shipments.

Website Management:

  • Regularly updating and maintaining product information, images, and descriptions.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and product launches.
  • Conducting regular website audits to identify and resolve any issues.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilising analytics tools to monitor website performance and user behavior.
  • Generating reports on sales, customer trends, and other relevant metrics.
  • Making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Customer Service:

  • Working closely with customer service teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitorin customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

You’ll have:

  • Proven experience in managing WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online retail operations and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-orientation with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
