Margaret Dabbs London is the renowned industry leader in foot care with an enviable reputation for excellence and an increasing global reach. Led by Margaret Dabbs, the business provides luxury treatments in podiatry in its own clinics which are undertaken by highly skilled and well trained professional staff backed up by top quality equipment and administrative assistants.

Due to rapid expansion, Margaret Dabbs London is searching for full time Podiatrists to join our dynamic and dedicated team to work at our London Clinics.  If you are a fully qualified Podiatrist with at least 2 years clinical experience (with full HPC registration) and are interested in career progression in an exciting and dynamic business then we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate must be:

  • A highly skilled and dedicated Podiatrist and able to perform a wide range of podiatry treatments including biomechanics, cryotherapy, laser nail treatments, lower laser therapy for pre and post operative palliative care, taping, nail surgery, foot acupuncture, foot manipulation and mobilization. Training will be provided to successful candidates
  • Professional and dedicated to delivering a top quality service to customers enthusiastically
  • A team player, capable of building strong and professional relationships with customers and colleagues
  • In possession of exceptional people skills dealing with all customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Be able to work under pressure and have good time management skills
  • Be prepared to work hard towards the achievement of retail/ sales targets

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience

We are looking for Clinic Managers  for our London Clinics.  Someone who leads by example, cares for our business the way we do, and has an excellent work ethic. Excellent career progression and a happy working environment await!

Required skills:

  • A Leader who takes ownership; someone who runs our flagship clinic as if it were their own. Ensuring that it operates professionally and to the core standards of the brand.
  • Encourage, manage and motivate the team and to ensure all staff are well trained, happy and optimising their potential in terms of treatments and retail sales.
  • Ensure customers have an excellent treatment experience and brand journey resulting in customer retention and happy customers.
  • Focusing on customer service to optimise revenue, to understand the financials, drive the business forward and hit budgeted targets.
  • Manage and control stock levels effectively.
  • Manage the staff rotas to meet the needs of the business.
  • Encourage and motivate the team to reach their individual treatment and retail sales targets.
  • Attend regular Margaret Dabbs London management and team meetings.

Experience:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist and Office Assistant for a dual role working between our London clinics and central London head office. The candidate should be someone who is ambitious with a can do attitude who will go that extra mile to join our busy,  thriving and rewarding company.

Reception Duties includes:

  • 5 Star customer care & satisfaction
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
  • Follow company brand standards
  • Taking Bookings, by phone, email and walk in
  • Diary management
  • Accurate date inputting and attention to detail
  • Processing payments
  • Upselling treatments & Product sales
  • Supporting the Clinic Manager with ad hoc tasks
  • General admin duties including booking transport & assisting in meeting preparation

Successful applicants will have:

  • Previous experience in a reception or customer focused industry either beauty or hotel background or similar
  • Previous knowledge of booking systems required. (Gumnut preferable but not essential)
  • A quick learner who is willing to gain new skills and progress into reception manager/clinic manager with gained experience and knowledge
  • Competent level of IT proficiency

Salary: basic £20,000.00 to £22,000.00 per annum plus commission.

We are looking for a clinic support manager who would report into our deputy managing director and would be available to work in our Guildford clinic two days per week and based in London three days per week. It would be someone who leads by example, cares for our business the way we do, and has an excellent work ethic. Excellent career progression and a happy working environment await!
