Job summary
You will be working as an essential member of the foot clinic and nail spa team. As a newly qualified podiatrist, you are expected to provide services to our clients in accordance with the company's standards, policies and procedures. You will be expected to develop your skills rapidly and be willing to learn on the job.
About the position
Your responsibilities and the qualities we're looking for.
- Possess exceptional people skills, dealing with customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Have a deep knowledge of the full-range of Margaret Dabbs® London products, in order to treat specific foot-health conditions.
- Be responsible for treatment outcomes and provide a satisfactory experience for the client, following up with test results such as pathologies where appropriate.
- Be accountable and support the maintenance of clinic supplies, stock ordering, stock taking, stock control, and liaising with external partners, such as laboratories.
- Work closely with the podiatry team to implement new procedures and protocols regarding health, safety, hygiene, clinical standards and treatments.
- Undertake all aspects of clinical duties, including sterilisation and efficient record keeping.
- Promote our products in the clinic to prospective clients.
- Ensure customers have an excellent treatment and brand-journey experience.
- Attend training sessions hosted by our educational department delivered by company directors, principal and senior podiatrists.
Our requirements
You will need to meet these requirements to be eligible for the position.
- Have full HCPC registration, or membership to the College of Podiatry (or equivalent).
- Be able to perform a range of foot and lower-limb treatments, including podiatric conditions, according to your level of qualification.
- Be interested and willing to work in private clinics with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
