It is very unusual for Margaret Dabbs® London products to cause irritation to the skin. Skin reactions can occur for a number of reasons, including product combinations, so that a product may react if it comes into contact with another perfume, product, detergent, etc. If a reaction occurs, the area should be bathed in warm water with a little salt added to neutralise. The product can be re-introduced to the skin at a later date, and the skin should be tested first with just a small amount of product.

To enhance the security of your Margaret Dabbs® London account, you can enable two-factor authentication using one-time passcodes. These passcodes add an extra layer of protection, ensuring that only you can access your account.

To get started, you’ll need an authentication app that generates one-time passcodes. If you don’t have one, we recommend using any of these widely-used, free apps:

  • Authy
  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator

Alternatively, you can use a password manager such as 1Password to generate the one-time passcodes.

Setting up your one-time passcodes

Follow these steps to set up your one-time passcodes:

  1. Download and open your preferred authentication app.
  2. Add a new account to your authenticator app. There’s usually a ‘+’ icon somewhere in the app to do this.
  3. Visit the Two-factor authentication page on our website.
  4. Scan the QR code displayed on our website, or manually enter the secret key provided below the QR code.
  5. The app will now begin generating one-time passcodes for your Margaret Dabbs® London account.
  6. Enter the current one-time passcode shown in your app on our website to confirm the app is setup correctly and enable two-factor authentication.

Going forward, you’ll need to use these one-time passcodes whenever you sign in to ensure your account remains secure.

You can disable two-factor authentication at any point from the Two-factor authentication page on our website.
