Contraindications
Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Do not overfile the feet.
Use on dry feet before you have a bath or shower, on areas of thickened, calloused or dehydrated skin. Concentrate on the heels, the balls of the feet, beside the big toe and weight-bearing areas. Use twice a week. Wash after use with a damp nail brush and dab dry. Once worn, peel back and dispose of old pads and replace with new self-adhesive pads by pressing firmly into position on the file.
For best results, use the Margaret Dabbs® London Foot File with the Intensive Hydrating Foot Lotion. This daily foot lotion visibly reduces hard skin build-up, hydrates and illuminates the skin, and leaves you feeling like you are “Walking on Air.”
Cautions
Do not use on open skin, do not overuse, do not grip the file too tightly, and keep it out of the reach of children.
To change worn replacement foot pads, peel back the used pad and replace with new self-adhesive replacement, pressing firmly into position on the file.
Clean foot file with a damp nail brush, and dab dry with a towel. Do not immerse or leave foot file in water.

Refunds & Returns
