An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer role, working as part of a small, dynamic team within an award-winning luxury beauty brand.

Your responsibilities and the qualities we're looking for.

  • Lead on the creation of marketing assets in line with our marketing calendar across digital and print, including brochures, menus, flyers, banners, social media graphics, web banners and email campaigns.
  • Lead on concepting and briefing for campaign visuals that drive revenue - including new launches, campaigns, seasonal, including toolkits for digital, retail and distributors.
  • Lead on updating assets with and for our top 10 retail & shopping channel partners, via their portals.
  • Lead on design and production for our printed clinic newspaper.
  • Design and update brand presentations and decks for sales team.
  • Collaborate on packaging: NPD, EPD & global market adaptions - working with others in the business to ensure we are compliant and executing to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with external agency.
  • Collaborate with marketing assistant on the roll-out of marketing assets within our clinics, partners and retailers, from shopper marketing to vinyls.
  • Support on updates to training and compliance documentation for clinic teams, retail staff and global partners.
  • Support marketing assistant on creation of brand content for social channels and web.
  • Maintain brand identity guidelines and ensure consistent use across all materials, working with suppliers and partners to ensure premium execution across touchpoints.
  • Create assets for trade shows, events.
  • Source the very best suppliers and partners, and collaborate with our warehouse on the upkeep of basic brand print items, e.g. ecommerce flyers.
  • Be the design lead in the business, executing best practice on all touchpoints, from email signatures to event banners, working to reduce costs.

You will need to meet these requirements to be eligible for the position.

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer – 2+ years in a similar role
  • Conceptual thinker and creative designer with strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to create artwork for print and digital, quickly and accurately.
  • Working knowledge of print production processes.
  • Comfortable presenting your work to the Senior Leadership team.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about design and enjoy working as part of a small team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Detail-Oriented – You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring every piece of creative work is accurate, polished and on-brand, from spotting small errors to selecting the most impactful imagery from AI.
  • Highly Organised – You maintain well-structured files and asset libraries, ensuring designs and resources are easy to locate and access across the business.
  • Accountable – You take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
  • Proactive – You continuously assess, refine and improve your work, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and creative output.
  • Commercially Minded – You balance creative excellence with commercial objectives, finding cost-effective solutions that deliver value for the business.
  • Collaborative – You enjoy working closely with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders, embracing feedback and building strong working relationships.
  • Innovative and Curious – You stay up to date with emerging design trends and technologies, including AI tools, and actively seek new ways to improve efficiency, creativity and accuracy.
