Margaret Dabbs London is the renowned industry leader for feet, hands and legs treatments and products sold in their luxury clinics, top spas and prestigious retailers.  We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic head office team.

The role will be based at our Head Office in central London.  You will act as the first point of contact for all customer accounts, running sales orders and upselling of orders received to ensure the correct product selection and quantities are ordered, representative of the best-selling items.  This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious candidate who is looking to develop their skillset within the setting of an award-winning luxury brand.

Key Duties:

  • Point of contact for all retailer, spa & distributor accounts providing excellent customer service
  • Online research
  • Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution
  • Establish and maintain good relations with retailers and warehouse
  • Keep order forms updated at all times, including new launches and price changes
  • Assist Sales Manager with New Line Forms or any business requests
  • Ad-hoc office duties
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and comments via phone, email and live chat
  • Assist Spa team with booking and upselling appointments, by phone and email
  • Process orders, gift vouchers, take payments etc

Successful applicants will have

  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Customer service experience (1 – 2 years)
  • Able to work independently, efficiently and be self-motivated
  • A quick learner who is willing to advance their skills with a view to career progression within the company
  • Computer literacy such as Outlook/Word and have excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel
  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent phone manner and have a good command of both written and spoken English
  • Capable of building strong and professional relationships

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year depending on experience
