We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team. Directly reporting to the Marketing Manager this multiskilled role requires a mix of technical knowledge and creativity to work across the core areas of web, digital marketing, and content creation. The applicant should demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills as required, technical proficiency, have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Duties
- Coordinating the development and fulfilment of digital marketing campaigns to our customer base.
- Daily management of the social media channels, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Ensure web copy is always up to date, relevant and SEO focused
- Liaise and advise our web agency to implement new functionality and/or fix issues to maintain a healthy website.
- Creating effective Email marketing campaigns, monitoring the results and driving increased conversions

Skills/Experience required
- Educated to degree level 2:1 in Marketing or business subject, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience/working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify and/or other CMS’
- The ability to write crisp, concise and engaging copy
- Experience with using Social Media platforms
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities
- Experience in the beauty industry is a bonus.
