Margaret Dabbs London is the renowned industry leader for feet, hands and legs treatments and products sold in their luxury clinics, top spas and prestigious retailers.  We are currently recruiting for a Front of House & Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.

You will be working across our London Clinics and will undertake Front of House duties and assist with the day-to-day running of our clinics.  This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious candidate who is looking to develop their skillset within the setting of an award-winning luxury brand.  You will be required to work five days a week, including at least one day on a weekend.

Key Duties

  • Warmly greet clients and inform assigned beauty therapist/podiatrist of their arrival
  • Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
  • Booking and upselling appointments, by phone and email
  • Adding staff rotas into the booking system
  • Update client details on the Margaret Dabbs London booking system including telephone numbers, email addresses and card details
  • Stock control/support
  • Provide support on end of day procedures
  • Support the Clinic Managers with ad hoc tasks

Skills/Experience required

  • Experience in Front of House/reception duties
  • Able to work efficiently and be self-motivated
  • A quick learner who is willing to advance their skills with a view to career progression within the company
  • Computer literacy such as Outlook/Word as well as being experienced in appointment booking systems
  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Capable of building strong and professional relationships
  • Excellent phone manner and have a good command of both written and spoken English
