This role involves providing essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations between office and in-store environments. The position combines office-based duties with hands-on responsibilities in retail locations, such as John Lewis, for a beauty brand.

Your responsibilities and the qualities we're looking for.

  • Office-Based (3 Days per week)
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, tracking, and liaising with the warehouse team
  • Enter sales orders accurately into the system, ensuring timely updates and communication
  • Complete and submit new line forms for retailers, ensuring all required information is accurate and up to date
  • In-Store Responsibilities (2 days per week)
  • Actively engage in selling on the shop floor to support the brand’s retail objectives
  • Monitor and manage stock levels in stores, ensuring accurate replenishment to meet customer demand
  • Build strong relationships with store staff to drive brand awareness and maintain merchandising standards
  • This dual-focused role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt seamlessly between office and retail environments
