You will be working across our Head Office and London Clinics, undertaking Front of House duties and assist with the day-to-day running of our clinics. This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious candidate who is looking to develop their skillset within the setting of an award-winning luxury brand.

Your responsibilities and the qualities we're looking for.

  • Customer Enquiries & Communication - Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, phone calls, and in-person queries, ensuring a high standard of customer care.
  • Order Management - Assist customers with order enquiries, tracking shipments, processing returns and exchanges, and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
  • Gift Cards & Special Orders - Process gift card purchases, redemptions, and any special order requests, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Treatment and Product Knowledge - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Margaret Dabbs London products and services to provide expert recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
  • Clinic Coordination - Liaise with clinic teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling, cancellations, and changes while keeping clients informed.
  • CRM & Customer Management - Ensure all client information is accurately updated in the booking system, including preferences and purchase history, to enhance personalised service.
  • Complaints & Issue Resolution - Log any service-related complaints with professionalism and efficiency, working closely with management to resolve concerns.
  • Payment & Refund Processing - Assist with customer transactions, logging refunds, and payment-related enquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • In-Clinic Support - Ensure the reception and waiting area maintain a welcoming atmosphere, proactively assisting clients with product purchases and aftercare guidance.
  • Upselling & Customer Retention - Proactively introduce customers to complementary treatments and products based on their needs, enhancing their overall experience.

You will need to meet these requirements to be eligible for the position.

  • Experience in Front of House/reception duties.
  • Able to work efficiently and be self-motivated.
  • A quick learner who is willing to advance their skills with a view to career progression within the company.
  • Computer literacy such as Outlook/Word as well as being experienced in appointment booking systems.
  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Capable of building strong and professional relationships.
  • Excellent phone manner and have a good command of both written and spoken English.
  • You will be required to work one day of the weekend
