Customer Service Assistant

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clinic team has arisen. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the successful candidate will warmly meet and greet clients, inform therapists and podiatrists of their arrival and welcome walk-ins. You will ask them questions about our services and schedule appointments based on availability.

Your responsibilities and the qualities we're looking for.

  • Book and upsell appointments by phone and email.
  • Adding staff rotas to the booking system.
  • Update client details on the Margaret Dabbs® London booking system, including telephone numbers, email addresses and card details.
  • Stock control and support.
  • Provide support on end-of-day procedures.
  • Support the Clinic Managers with ad-hoc tasks.

You will need to meet these requirements to be eligible for the position.

  • Experience in front-of-house and customer service duties.
  • The ability to work efficiently and be self-motivated.
  • Be a quick learner who is willing to advance their skills with a view to career progression within the company.
  • Computer literacy, such as the use of Outlook and Word, as well as being experienced in appointment booking systems.
  • Have a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Be capable of building strong and professional relationships.
  • Have an excellent phone manor and have a good command of both written and spoken English.
