Due to rapid expansion, a fantastic opportunity to work for Margaret Dabbs London, an award-winning luxury beauty brand has arisen as a Brand & Product Manager for the company’s recently launched brand; Bare Feet by Margaret Dabbs.  This is a more affordable mass market, but high-quality pharmaceutical range where your input will make a huge difference.  Your role will be all-encompassing and focus on fostering brand building and increasing awareness of the Bare Feet brand as well as new product development

Reporting to the Commercial Director, we require someone who is commercially minded and sales driven, as well as focussed on attention to detail and the customer experience.

Key Duties

  • New product development, management of critical path and project timelines
  • Present new product launches
  • Lead on all packaging artwork related to the Bare Feet brand
  • Adhere to requirements surrounding brand values, quality and costings
  • Create marketing collateral including digital campaigns i.e. web, email etc
  • Develop and maintain relationships with PR company, suppliers and manufacturers
  • Carry out competitor analysis and trend reports to identify upcoming trends/inform new product ideas
  • Product registration on portals and for overseas sales
  • Work with sales team to drive revenue and deliver on project objectives
  • Work with the web team to ensure the website content is updated regularly and the site is optimised to improve search rankings
  • Process customer sales orders on system
  • Attend to online/website product enquiries

Salary £32,000 depending on level of experience

Skills/experience required

  • University degree
  • NPD and product management experience (preferably within the beauty industry but not essential)
  • Good experience of using the Adobe Suite
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Strong organisational skills, setting clear deadlines and ability to multitask
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Target-focused, process and sales driven
  • Be resourceful, creative and flexible
