Conditions of Use

2. Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with Margaret Dabbs
3. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.
4. We will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re- delivery.
   We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the post office has failed to notify you of a attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the local sorting office.
   In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquires have been completed. This can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.
6. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

Liability

2. We will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
3. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Margaret Dabbs shall, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Margaret Dabbs of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Processing of orders

1. Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Margaret Dabbs . All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
2. Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site.
3. We aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. We will inform you if a item is out of stock and advise you within 7 days of your order.
4. We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48hrs, However please allow 14 days for delivery .

Complaints

1. If you feel you have any cause to complain, contact us via one of the following methods. We will respond to all queries and complaints within 5 working days. Email us at info@margaretdabbs.co.uk and advise us of the details.

Delivery/Title/Risk

1. Any delivery period stated is approximate. IMPORTANT: The place of delivery will be the address on file at the time of dispatch and not when ordered.
2. PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY CAN STORE ONE ADDRESS ON FILE SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ADDRESS CHANGES FOR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS ORDERED I.E. GIFTS. Delivery may be made in instalments.
3. If your delivery address is outside of United Kigdom you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Margaret Dabbs advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
4. You agree that as the importer of record of any goods ordered you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods.
5. Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

1. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law without exception. Margaret Dabbs tracks the electronic 'fingerprints' & of every order placed on margaret dabbs online shop to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website. Every order is checked with the card issuer to ensure the details you have supplied match with those on the card issuers database.
   All cases of Fraud and attempted Fraud are immediately reported to the Police for investigation.
